Pushing the Frontier of Decentralized Computing

We’ve been pushing on two fronts at once: a stack of end-user applications that match (and in places exceed) anything the centralized world ships — AND the underlying decentralized technology that makes them possible. SQL databases, processing threads, UI components — all peer-to-peer, all on-chain.

:card_index: Contacts dApp — your address book in your own on-chain SQL database. Every entry points at a chain-anchored identity, not a spoofable display name.

:speech_balloon: Messages dApp — encrypted 1-on-1 chats, encrypted group chats, voice + video calls. Same end-to-end security WhatsApp uses for groups (RFC 9420 / MLS), no signaling server in the middle.

:scroll: Provenance dApp — a decentralized notary in your pocket. Seal documents, statements, attestations, contracts — directly onto the chain, with cryptographic receipts anyone can verify.

:memo: Notes · :white_check_mark: Tasks · :bell: Reminders · :date: Calendar — the everyday productivity stack, except your data lives in your own chain-sealed SQL DB, not a SaaS vendor’s table.

:microscope: Decentralized Science dApp — the publish / cite / peer-review loop, on-chain. Author-owned datasets and manuscripts, no central preprint server.

:package: Supply Chain dApp — track goods from production to delivery on a tamper-evident chain trail. Every handoff sealed, every certificate verifiable. Logistics without the trusted middleman.

:gear: System Settings + taskbar widgets — themed across ten distinct visual identities (Cyberpunk, Retro Terminal, Classic 95, Glass, Light, Quantum Void, Bioluminescent Abyss, Synthwave Sunset, Aurora Borealis, Brutalist Concrete).

:link: Cross-integrations: Contacts <-> Messages <-> eMeeting all share one authenticated peer roster. Add someone → call them → conversation history flows through automatically.

:locked_with_key: The crypto underneath: Zero-Knowledge Proof swarm auth (join a private swarm without revealing the password), per-peer Ed25519 identity binding, MLS TreeKEM group ratchet, X25519 sealing for offline delivery, ChaCha20-Poly1305 for archive envelopes.

:rocket: Coming up: a Decentralized Exchange dApp on GRIDNET OS — with ALL assets currently on Hyperliquid. Native, chain-anchored identity, zero separate wallet popups, pro-grade trading workstation, no custodian.

We’re not bolting Web3 onto a Web2 product. Each dApp here — on its own — pushes past state of the art, on a substrate that didn’t exist before GRIDNET OS.

And here’s the thing most people don’t realize: every line of this has been written on YouTube LIVE, almost 24/7, since 2017 — with live written updates posted to our Discord #live-development channel as we ship. Nine years of development, openly, in front of anyone who wanted to watch. No black box. No closed roadmap. No “trust us.” Just the work, on camera, every day.

The frontier is moving. Come watch us push it.
